BIM modelling and coordination

We bring your project's geometry and information into one model: CAD-to-BIM conversion, Revit modelling and multidisciplinary coordination — so clashes show up in the model, not on site.

Fill in the brief

Who it's for

  • Contractors who need a BIM model for tendering, quantities or coordination
  • Architecture practices moving a project into BIM or needing extra modelling capacity
  • Contractors preparing for projects with BIM requirements

What we do

  • CAD-to-BIM: Revit models from 2D drawings
  • Architectural BIM modelling with walls, floors, openings, stairs and families
  • Multidisciplinary coordination: combining architecture, structure and MEP models, with clash reports
  • Schedules and sheets from the model
  • Renderings and presentation images from the same model

How we work

  1. Brief: existing drawings, how the model will be used and the expected level of detail and information
  2. Template: family library, naming and sheet layout agreed together
  3. Modelling with check-ins
  4. Delivery: Revit file, IFC if needed, schedules and sheets

Questions

Which software do you use?

We model in Autodesk Revit and can also deliver IFC for teams working in other software.

Can the BIM model be used for renderings?

Yes. The same model can serve coordination and quantities as well as sales images, which keeps everything consistent.
